Sir Tony Robinson is coming to Malvern on 21 June as speaker at the 2025 Malvern Civic Society Malvern Lecture. Join this BAFTA-winning comedy icon for an evening of entertainment and education as he talks about his remarkable life and career in theatre and television.
After training at The Central School of Speech and Drama, Tony spent years as as a theatre director in Birmingham, performed at the RSC and the National Theatre, and starred as Baldrick in Blackadder. He has also emerged as Britain’s foremost face of popular history, having presented 20 seasons of Time Team and written and presented other TV series and documentaries such as The Worst Jobs in History and Walking Through History.
