This meeting is our AGM. You can find the agenda, the minutes of the last AGM, and nomination forms for membership of the Society’s Executive committee here.

Members are invited to nominate members of the Executive Committee by 31 January.

Copies of the Events Programme and of Bandstand will be available at the meeting for collection by members. Members are also encouraged to collect these documents for delivery to other members who are friends and neighbours

The AGM starts at 7.00pm and will be followed at 7.30pm by a talk by Jan Scrine of the Milestone Society, a nationwide organisation which aims to identify, record, research, conserve and interpret for public benefit the milestones and other markers of the British Isles

Doors open at 6.30pm for refreshments.
