The weather forecast for 2 June was dire but the real thing was as good as it gets for the month this year. Sunshine, blue sky(mainly) and white clouds. A day spent admiring both house and gardens, the latter with the aid of a well-informed talk by Nick St George. Much enjoyed by all.
