Speaker: Tim Bridges
Tim will be exploring the 19th and early 20th century architectural heritage of industry, civic life, housing and places of worship in and around the city of 1000 trades. We will look mainly at listed buildings and conservation areas.
Tim is a Conservation Adviser for the Birmingham and West Midlands Victorian Society and lives at Upton, and was educated at Kings School Worcester and then at Exeter and York Universities. He worked for over 20 years at Worcester City Museums. Tim lectures on architecture and history, leads guided visits, and has written several books.
