This talk was due to take place at the Eden Center on September 10th, but is now on September 3rd at Colwall Village Hall, Mill Lane, Colwall, WR13 6EQ.  (The previous change of venue to the Boys College has had to be changed as the College has to “isolate” for ten days prior to the return of pupils.)

There will be coffee/tea available at 6.30pm so you can meet and talk to your friends.

To celebrate our coming together after quite a while, this evening will be free, both entrance and coffee.

As Covid has not gone away, we are suggesting that masks are won most of the time and if you feel the slightest unwell, please take a Lateral Flow Test to reassure yourself that you are clear.

Mark Jackson OBE attended Sandhurst as an officer cadet and was then commissioned into the Worcestershire and Sherwood Foresters Regiment, a successor to the Worcestershire Regiment.  His talk explains the history and development of the Worcestershire Regiment and its successors, and the footprint which they have left today on the city of Worcester.  In March 2020, Mark assumed the role of High Sheriff of Worcestershire.
