Ian Green will be speaking about the impact of development on historic towns. Ian has long experience in Urban Planning in the UK and abroad, and is currently chairman of the Oxford Civic Society. Malvern was fortunate to be selected as one of 12 towns for a survey of the impact of development on historic towns, funded by Historic England. Ian Green will be speaking about the findings and recommendations of this survey.
