This consists of a short introduction to the vineyard, a tour round the model vineyard which demonstrates different kinds of trellising and why they are used; a trip into the main vineyard where we discuss the issues that are going on at the moment. Return to the winery where we taste what is currently available in the shop, followed by tea/coffee and an opportunity to buy any wine.
